Our Commitment

Studio B Event Venue is committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests. We believe every person should be able to enjoy the experiences, celebrations, and creative gatherings that take place in our space. We are dedicated to ensuring accessibility to the greatest extent possible while preserving the unique historic character of our property.

Compliance with Accessibility Laws

Studio B Event Venue makes every effort to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local accessibility requirements, including:

• The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

• The Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS)

• The Texas Human Resources Code, Chapter 121

As a historic property, certain features of the building may not allow for complete compliance with modern accessibility standards without compromising its original structure. In those cases, we provide reasonable modifications and accommodations to ensure meaningful access for all guests.

Accessibility Features and Accommodations

We have taken steps to make Studio B as accessible as reasonably possible within the constraints of our historic design:

• Entrance & Event Space: The primary event area is accessible from ground level. A portable ramp can be provided upon request for easier entry or to navigate slight elevation changes within the venue.

• Parking: Accessible parking is available on-site (or specify nearby if applicable), with clear pathways leading to the main entrance.

• Restrooms: Restrooms at Studio B are located in areas that are elevated by two steps. We recognize that this may limit accessibility for some guests. Our team is happy to assist in arranging alternative restroom access nearby when possible, and to provide staff assistance or portable solutions as needed.

• Seating & Layout: We are glad to adjust event layouts to accommodate wheelchairs, mobility devices, and other needs with advance notice.

Service Animals

In accordance with the ADA and Texas law, service animals are welcome in all public areas of the venue. Staff may only ask the two permissible questions under ADA guidelines to determine whether an animal is a service animal. Emotional support or therapy animals are permitted only under our separate pet policy or with prior written approval.

Requests for Accommodation

We encourage guests and event hosts to contact us in advance of their visit or event to discuss any specific accessibility needs. Our team will make every reasonable effort to provide accommodations or alternative arrangements.
